        Stephenson is a doctor of functional medicine and chiropractor who has combined her work with her own daily practice to develop a 90-day plan to help women create a more vibrant life. Each of the seven letters of "VIBRANT" correspond to a theme for each day in the week--for example, Mondays are for finding one's Voice; Tuesdays are for tapping into one's Intuition. Each day is separated into morning and evening blocks that include writing prompts, meditations, intentions, and guidance. The concepts are generally actionable, and Stephenson's voice is upbeat without veering into toxic positivity. Each of the chapters, or weeks, focuses on an overall theme that is popular in the world of self-help, such as working with one's inner child or developing one's creativity. While 90 days seems like a big time commitment, readers will likely walk away with a variety of ideas to incorporate into their daily lives. VERDICT While this would be an excellent addition to any self-help section, patrons may need a longer loan period if they choose to follow the entire 90 days.--Jenny Shonk
